Best of Wayne County ContestFROM WCCVB and THE DAILY RECORDThe "Best of Wayne County" contest is open from April 1 to the 25th. This is a contest to celebrate tourism and all the tourism professionals in Wayne County. Tourism brings in over 160 million dollars to the Wayne County economy and provides 3000 jobs.

Spring is the perfect time to visit Wayne County. The 2nd Annual KiteFest for Kids is May 17 at Kinney Field in Wooster. The world's largest bench rest match is at Kelbly Rifle Range in North Lawrence, May 21 -24. The Great Lakes Fiber Show is at the Wayne County Fairgrounds May 24 and 25.
