Dairy portion highlights the history of "Elm Farm" and dairy industry in Medina County through photos, equipment, trucks, antiques and milk bottles from Ohio. Parlor is housed in original dairy building and features homemade ice cream in a Victorian atmosphere. Soup and sandwiches served.
